What we do
Full refurbishments and small jobs, front and back of house.
Guest rooms and bathrooms
One room or a full programme, like the 390 rooms we’re refurbishing at Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5. We also upgraded eight bathrooms at Hilton Puckrup Hall.
Public areas and back of house
Receptions, bars, restaurants and staff areas. We’re building a new coffee shop at Novotel Cardiff now, and refurbished the staff changing rooms at voco St David’s.
Small jobs and quick fixes
A tired corridor, a damaged room, a single bathroom: the jobs bigger contractors turn down.
Working in live hotels
Your hotel stays open while we work
Most of our work happens in hotels that are open and full of guests.
At Hilton Heathrow Terminal 5, a 24/7 airport hotel, we've worked since 2024 while the hotel stays fully open. We agree with your GM and chief engineer which rooms come out of service, when and for how long, so you can keep selling the rest.

We look at what can be kept before we replace anything
Reuse and repurpose, in line with Green Key.
Where it makes sense, we repair, refinish or repurpose what's already there rather than send it to a skip. At Hilton Puckrup Hall, we replaced baths with walk-in showers without the expense of refitting the entire bathroom. Less waste, and it can help keep costs down.
